There's a new way to spend some time at Tepee. Tucked away in the forest, our sauna is a warm, quiet place to pause. Book it alongside your tepee and take some time to unwind among the trees. You can also choose one of our other packages to add a little extra to your stay.
Stay & Sauna Package
Tepee stay + a one-hour private forest sauna session for two.
Spend a night at Tepee and unwind with a one-hour steam sauna session tucked away in the forest. Enjoy essential oils, fresh towels and drinking water, followed by an outdoor cold shower for contrast therapy.
Session times are available between 9am-6pm, or at another time by arrangement.
Package price: From $250 for one night accommodation and a one-hour sauna session for two.
Stay & Surf Package
Tepee stay + two surfboard rentals
Make the most of the nearby beaches with two surfboards to use during your stay. Choose from epoxy soft mid-lengths and longboards, with leashes included.
Boards are available from 3pm–10am, with multi-day hire available at an additional cost.
Package price: From $250 for one night accommodation and two surfboard rentals.
Stay & Picnic Package
Tepee stay + a picnic basket filled with local treats.
Take a picnic with you for a day exploring the Matakana Coast, or enjoy it back at Tepee. The basket is filled with local produce and treats from around the area.
Package price: From $250 for one night accommodation and a picnic basket for two.
Booking Your Sauna or Extra
If you’re staying at Tepee, you can add a sauna session or extra when booking your tepee as part of a package.
Our sauna is mainly available for Tepee guests, with limited bookings also available to visitors who aren’t staying with us.
